Respite Application

Thank you for your interest in Kids Country Club’s respite program.

Our home is located in London, Ontario. We support children residing in the counties of Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Elgin, Essex, Grey, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, Oxford and Perth.

To apply for respite, please click on the button below to download and complete our application form. Once completed, please return it via email to luann@kidscountryclub.org.
